This Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is the perfect dessert that combines dates for natural sweetness and black bean instead of butter for a lower calorie nutrient packed treat. Each piece is only 90 calories and contains 3 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein.   I promise you won’t be missing all those sugar and fat calories when you take a bite into one of these!

I have been taking one with me for an afternoon treat and it has been great way to satisfy my sweet tooth and keep me full until dinner.

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  • 1, 14.5 ounce can of black beans, drained
  • 10-12 madjool dates
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Line an 8x 8 baking pan with wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, add black beans. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Add in dates, pulse until combined.
  4. Add in cocoa powder and peanut butter and pulse until smooth.
  5. Add mixure to baking pan and press out evenly with a spatula.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut into 16 peices
