In a large bowl mix together oats, flour, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl mix together pumpkin, sugar and applesauce.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Fold in cranberries.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Notes
Store in a airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Or in a freezer safe zip lock bag in the freezer. Just take out and microwave for 15-20 seconds before enjoying!
