1, 5.3 ounce container of vanilla Greek yogurt or Siggi's yogurt
1 banana, frozen
½ cup non-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
To make the cinnamon brown sugar rim simply mix together a teaspoon of brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, wet the rim of the glass and then dip into the mixture.
