Peppermint Mocha Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder*
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract**
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Full recipe good for a meal replacement. Half a recipe good for a snack.

*I used 1 packet of Kura Nutrition Chocolate Shake Mix
** Add more peppermint extract if desired for a stronger peppermint flavor
