Dark Chocolate Hummus with Coconut

- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- pinch salt
- toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips
- serve with: fresh fruit (berries, oranges, apples); pretzels, graham crackers
- Add all ingredients, except toppings into food processor.
- Process on high until smooth. Scrap sides of bowl and process again.
- Top with shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Serve with fresh fruit, pretzels and graham crackers for dipping.
