Dark Chocolate Hummus with Coconut

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • pinch salt
  • toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips
  • serve with: fresh fruit (berries, oranges, apples); pretzels, graham crackers
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except toppings into food processor.
  2. Process on high until smooth. Scrap sides of bowl and process again.
  3. Top with shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Serve with fresh fruit, pretzels and graham crackers for dipping.
