Valentine Apple Slice Snack

- 1 apple, cut horizontally into ¼ inch slices*
- vanilla or fruit flavored yogurt ( I used 4% Strawberry Rhubarb siggis)
- toppings (pictured): chocolate chips, craisins, chia seeds, red sprinkles
- Other topping ideas: raisins, crushed nuts or seeds, white chocolate or peanut butter chips
- Cut apple horizontally into ¼ inch slices. Then using a heart shaped cookie cutter punch a heart shape out of each apple slice.
- Spread with yogurt ( or nut butter).
- Sprinkle with toppings.
* Depending on number of people you are serving this snack for you can easily use more apples. 1 apple will feed about 2-3 kids.
