Sundried Tomato and Pesto Chickpea Salad

- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 4 tablespoon of Sabras Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- ¼ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- salt/pepper to taste
- In a medium size bowl add drained chickpeas. Mash with a fork.
- Add in hummus and pesto and mix to combine.
- Fold in cherry tomatoes.
- Add salt/pepper to taste.
- Serve on top of spinach salad, as a sandwich or with crackers and veggie sticks for dipping.
