Butternut Squash Cranberry Apple Bake

- 2 pounds of butternut squash, peeled and cut into ½ inch slices
- 2 apples, peeled and cut into ½ inch slices
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl mix together brown sugar, butter, salt, and nutmeg.
- In a 9x13 baking dish layer squash, apples, and cranberries. Then drizzle over the butter/sugar mixture.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
