In a large food processor or high speed blender add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips.
Pulse then blend, scraping as needed until the mixture is completely combined and smooth.
Add in chocolate chips and mix in with a spoon or spatula.
To an 8x8 baking dish, lined with parchment paper add the mixture. Press down to evenly fill the baking dish. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Remove and cut into squares.
