These Easy Shrimp Dumplings are fun to make and eat!
My sons most recent favorite food is dumplings and shrimp (specifically on a stick) so I got an idea to combine the two to make an Easy Shrimp Dumpling that we could eat for dinner, or just snack on. Final product was delicious! When I was testing them for the first time my son ate like half of them before I could take a picture! Luckily he left me enough to grab these photos. And he was nice enough to share a few with me before he quickly devoured the rest.
Needless to say we have made them a couple times since then and they are easily our new family favorite! Why easy you ask? Because they only require at total of 5 ingredients and take all of 6 minutes to cook. The most time consuming part is wrapping them. And if it’s just you and your family enjoying them, don’t worry about making them look pretty. They will taste the same no matter how well you wrap them!
So what ingredients do you need for the Easy Shrimp Dumplings?
Then a few hands to help you with wrapping! My tip with wrapping is to put less filling in than you think. They are tough to wrap with too much filling inside. Once they are wrapped cook them in a saute pan with olive or vegetable oil for 3 minutes, flip and cook another 3 minutes. Remove and enjoy hot with soy sauce and extra green onions!
