What People Are Saying

"We learned that helping our child feel safe around food and eating is a big part of getting her to eat willingly. We are very happy with Lauren's kind and gentle approach, her knowledge of how eating and anxiety can be tied together, and her ability to help with sensory issues."

"Lauren has helped me normalize the way I eat, and has equipped me with tools, tricks, and tips which make eating easier, more manageable, and more tailored to my own strengths and struggles. She has helped me understand the nature of ARFID and debunked many misconceptions which other health care providers have spread in an unsuccessful attempt to get me to eat "better." I highly recommend Lauren's services for adults or children dealing with ARFID! She is such a kind, helpful, and creative person to have on your team!"

Lauren really helped us with mindset around trying new foods and how to manage the anxiety. Lauren also helped us on a more practical side to decide which foods to try to add in that would fit with preferences. Thank you Lauren for helping us to navigate ARFID and making us feel validated and understood!
