"Lauren has helped me normalize the way I eat, and has equipped me with tools, tricks, and tips which make eating easier, more manageable, and more tailored to my own strengths and struggles. She has helped me understand the nature of ARFID and debunked many misconceptions which other health care providers have spread in an unsuccessful attempt to get me to eat "better."
