These Easy Shrimp Dumplings are as fun to make as they are to eat!

1poundshrimp,chopped
4green onions,chopped
2teaspoonsgrated ginger
1teaspoonsesame oil
~34wonton wrappers
soy sauce ,for dipping
2 tablespoonsolive oilfor cooking
Instructions
In a medium bowl add diced shrimp, green onions, grated ginger and sesame oil. Mix to combine.
To each wonton wrapper add about 1 tablespoon of mixture. Wrap according to wonton wrapper directions.
Using a saute pan on medium heat add about 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add wrapped shrimp dumplings to pan and cook for ~ 3 minutes, flipping and cooking another 3 minute. Remove and repeat with remaining dumplings.
Serve hot with soy sauce and additional chopped green onions.
Notes
Not a fan of shrimp? Try ground pork or ground chicken instead.These are great served as an appetizer, snack, or part of a meal.
