1.5poundschicken thighs
1, 15.5 ouncecan of salsa
Instructions
Add chicken thighs and salsa to instant pot. Mix to combine.
Place lid on instant pot and secure. Making sure dial is set to sealed.
Set to manual high for 5 minutes. Once done cooking let naturally release for 5 minutes then manually release the remaining pressure. Shred chicken with fork or the back of a spoon.
Notes
For leaner dish you can easily substitute chicken breast.
