1cupoats
1 mediumbanana
2cupswater
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until oats are well combined.
Strain mixture through a cheese cloth or nut milk bag. Try placing cheese cloth in a large mason jar and pouring half the mixture in at a time. Twist the top of the cheesecloth so no liquid can escape and squeeze the bottom of the cloth to help strain out the milk. Once most of the liquid is removed, dump out the unstrained mixture and repeat with the remaining liquid.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
