chickpeas
drained and rinsed

pumpkin puree

cup
maple syrup

nut or seed butter (almond, sunflower or cashew work best)

coconut oil

cinnamon

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
To a blender or food processor add all ingredients. Blend on high, scraping sides occasionally, until mixture is smooth.
Serve with apple slices, graham crackers or snickerdoodle cookies.
