Hate doing dishes and spending time cleaning after cooking?! I know I do! The last thing I want to do after cooking is clean. If only my husband liked to clean 😉 …. So needless to say I am all about one pan, pot or bowl meals. Not only do the require less preparation time but you end up spending much less time cleaning and more time enjoying your food, relaxing or spending time with your family.

Below are 45 recipes to make using only one dish. I’ve organized the recipes by dish (i.e sheet pan, baking dish, pot, bowl) to help you easily navigate based on what type of dish you want to use. All of these recipes are by fellow RD’s so not only are they easy but good for you!
